Lentils, Turmeric, Coriander, Salt, Cumin
Heat oil, temper with Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, urad Dal, Chana Dal and Asafoetida. Add Onions and sauté. Add boiled and coarsely chopped potatoes, water and 2 tbsp of Spice Diaries Potato Sagu Mix. Cook till the potatoes are soft. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Lemon juice. Serve this as an accompaniment to Spice Diaries Rava Idly , Pooris and Roti.
